Overview:
Documents are not added into the appropriate binder automatically upon classification.
Root Cause:
The document type of the affected document did not match the document type of the associated binder.
Solution:
The Document Type, Study, Study Country, and Site must be the same between the document and the associated binder in order for the document to be automatically filed into the associated binder.
