Is it possible to keep Approved Email from populating in the Allow PDF Download picklist field in the External Viewer section of the Doc Info summary?

Answer:

Approved Email is populated by default in the External Viewer when the feature is enabled for Vault. If the field needs to remain blank, this needs to be removed manually.
