Why the Owner is Manager for Completed Advanced Coaching Report in CRM

Question:

The completed Advanced Coaching Report Survey Target record owner should be the employee. Why is the owner a Manager in some records?

Answer:

If there is a value in the Recalled_Datetime_vod__c field, it indicates the Advanced Coaching Report records is recalled by a Manager and the owner is set as the Manager.
