How to Update User Profile Settings in RTSM?

Answer:

Note: Editable fields in the User Profile are dependent on which version of RTSM your study is operating under. Those operating in 23r1 and onwards, see the first example. Those operating in v4 or a previous version, see the second example.

RTSM 23r1 and onwards:

1. Click on the drop-down menu under Profile and click on Settings.
2. The following updates can be made by the user account owner:

• Edit the name, secondary email address, and time zone as needed. 
• If the box to the right on the email address is checked, then notifications will automatically be sent to the user. Unchecking the box will turn off all but the required system notifications.
• The user can change their password as needed by checking the box on the left-hand side of the page. The current password expiry date is also displayed.

RTSM v4 and all previous versions:

1. Click on the drop-down menu under Profile and click on Settings.
2. The following updates can be made by the user account owner:

• Edit the name, primary or secondary email addresses, and time zone as needed. 
• If the box to the right on the email address is checked, then notifications will automatically be sent to the user. Unchecking the box will turn off all but the required system notifications.
• The user can change their password as needed by checking the box on the left-hand side of the page. The current password expiry date is also displayed.

Note: The study may have different tabs than what is displayed above

Note: The time zone set to a user account may override the time zone settings of the device
