What are the minimum requirements to access the sFTP site?

  Answer:

The user must have the following:

1. An active account
2. Be able to access the following address:
   
   URL: ftps://rtsm-prod.veeva.com
   Port (if required by FTP client): 990
   Encryption (if required by FTP client): TLS/SSL Implicit encryption
   
   
3. Have the ability to download and use either WinSCP or Filezilla.
4. Complete the following before attempting to log into the FTP site:
   
   The user account must be enrolled in Self-Service Password Reset.
   To enroll, browse to https://rtsm-sspr.veeva.com and log in using the credentials sent to you in the email.
   Follow the instructions presented upon login to complete the enrollment process.
   
   NOTE: You will NOT be able to log into the FTP site until this is complete.
