How to Make Quarantined Kits Available/Unusable?
Answer:
Note: Only Inventory User and Clinical Project Manager users are authorized to make quarantined kits available or unusable.
- Navigate to the Kits page.
- Click on the Make Kits Available/Unusable button which prompts the Make Quarantined Kits Available/Unusable form to open.
- Select the Site Number where you wish to make kits Available/Unusable.
- Select Available or Unusable from the Kit Status drop down
- Use the Shipment dropdown to select kits from a specific Shipment.
- If all kits displayed should be marked Available or Unusable, click Select All.
- If only certain kits should be Available and others Unusable, individually select kits according to the status you selected in the Kit Status dropdown and then click Update Status.
- The kit status is updated in the Kits table based on what was selected on the Make Quarantined Kits Available/Unusable form.
Note: The study may have different tabs, radio boxes or columns than displayed above
