How to release a Bulk drug in RTSM?

  Answer:

Note: This is only available beginning with version 23r3.

1. Log in as an Inventory User.
2. Navigate to the Batches page.
   
   
   
   

3. Select the Unblinded Batch task menu for the Bulk kits and select View Information.
   
   
   
   

4. The Unblinded Batch Information form displays.

5. Select the box to create additional bulk drug.

6. Fill in the quantity of bulk drug and the site the bulk drug should be released to.

7. Provide a justification for the change and select Save.
   
   
   
   

8. The Quantity Loaded is updated in the Unblinded Batches table.
   
   
   
   

9. When the user navigates to the Kits page, select the Bulk Kits box, and filter by Site 999. View the newly available kits.
   
   Note: The Bulk Kits display an asterisk next to the Kit number. Site users are not able to view the Kit number.
   
   
   
   

10. When the user navigates to the CTM Data page and filter by the Made Available and CTM Type. The bulk kits that are made available with the date display.
