Question:

I released the incorrect Kits by mistake. How can I undo the Kit Release?

  Answer:

Note: This is only available beginning with version 24R2 and the following criteria must be met:

• All kits in the release must be at the same depot
• All kits in the release must still have the Available status
• No kits in the release have been included in a shipment request
• No kits in the release can have had their batch information changed

1. Navigate to the IPM, IP Release page.
2. Select View Information from the IP Release task menu.
   
   
   
   
3. Select Unreleased from the Release Status dropdown.
   
   
   
   
4. Select Yes to confirm undoing the release.
   
   
5. Click Save.
   
   
   
   
6. The Release Status will now display as Unreleased.
   
   

Note: The study may have different tabs than what is displayed above.
