How to Grant Veeva Support Access as an Admin in Veeva Vault?
Answer:
To Grant Access to a specific user’s Vault account:
- Navigate to Admin > Users & Groups > Vault Users and click on the user.
- In the Veeva Support section, select an access Duration from the drop-down and click Grant Access.
- If you need to withdraw access or change the access duration, you can do so by clicking Revoke Access or Change Expiration at any time.
Once completed, provide the Username of the granted user on the ticket.
Notes:
- Veeva Support Access is not the equivalent of Veeva Delegate Access.
- If Veeva Support is granted to a user with Delegated Access to other users, the Delegated Access feature will not be available for Veeva Product Support for that user.
Related Permissions: Vault Users must have a security profile with the Users: Grant Support Login permission to grant Veeva Vault Support access.
