How do you approve the QP release?

  Answer:

Note: This is only available beginning with version 23r3.

Here are the steps to do this:

1. Log in as an Inventory User.
2. Navigate to the QP Releases page.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the task menu and View Information for the Blinded Batch and Country the IP should be approved to.
   
   
   
   
4. The Batch QP Release Information form will open. If the country has an expiration date that differs from the Blinded Batch expiration date, update the Expires On date. Update the QP status to Approved and select Save.
   
   
   
   
5. The Blinded Batch for the specified country will now display an Approved QP Status, the Approved By person that approved the batch, and the date it was Approved On in UTC. Kits in this batch will now be able to be shipped to clinical sites at the specified country.
