Question:

The My Team page provides managers immediate access to real-time insights into the state of their direct team’s training progress. However, the manager can not see any data even though the learners are associated with the Manager via their individual Personal records. Why the message "You Have No Direct Reports" is displayed?

Answer:

There are several possible reasons:

• The Manager Person is not eligible, or the Training Eligibility field is not eligible.
• The field "Training Eligibility" is not enabled in the Person object page layout.
• The Manager user does not have Read permission to the Person records.
