How to unlock a Training Assignment quiz in Vault?

Answer:

To manually unlock a locked quiz for the Training Assignment after a Learner has exceeded the limit of quiz attempts:

1. Navigate to the Training Assignment record.
2. Select Unlock from the Actions menu.
3. Enter the number of additional attempts and a new due date to unlock the quiz.

If there is no Unlock action, an Admin would need to add an Unlock action to the Training Assignment object:

1. Navigate to the Training Assignment object.
2. Select the Actions tab.
3. Select the Create button.
4. Choose Unlock Quiz from the dropdown.
