Why are Users unable to assign Quality Issues in Vault?
Answer:
Multiple permissions are needed for users to assign Document Deletion Requests or no matches will be found:
Read permission on the Security Profile Object.
Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets > {affected permission set} > Objects:
Read permission on the Security Profile field on the User Object.
Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets > {affected permission set} > Objects > User:
View User Information permission:
Admin > Users & Groups > Permission Sets > {affected permission set} > Application:
Note:
This issue is specific for customers who have limiting VQL criteria configured on the Assigned To field which filters off of the Security Profile field.
