- Log into the Veeva Support Portal.
- If you do not have a Veeva Support Portal account, register at the Veeva Support Portal Account Request page.
- If you do not have a Veeva Support Portal account, register at the Veeva Support Portal Account Request page.
- Click the Tickets link.
- Click the Create new ticket button.
- Click the Services tile.
- Select the appropriate Service.
- Complete the intake form, including all required fields.
- For IAAS/UPS requests, the Vault Product Area field is auto-populated.
- For Managed Services CRM requests, select the appropriate value in the CRM Product Area field.
- For Managed Services Network requests, select the appropriate value in the Network Product Area field.
- For Managed Services Nitro requests, select the appropriate value in the Nitro Product Area field.
- Managed Services Vault is for Asia customers only.
- Click the Submit button.
Result:
The ticket is routed to the appropriate team.
Note: Navigate to the Tickets page to review the status of your requests and to interact with internal teams on tickets.
