How to create and Share a custom view in PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

Custom views allow users to save their current search, filters, and other view settings and return to the view with a single click.

Custom views are available in Vault in:

• Library tab
• All Tasks view
• Reports tab
• Dashboard tab
• Custom document tabs
• Custom object tabs
• Related object record lists
• Related document records lists

To create a custom view, please follow the instructions blow: 

1. Navigate to the tab where you want to create the custom view. 
2. Click All Library and use the Filters, Search, or Advanced Search bar to set the parameters of the view.
   
   
    
3. Once completed, select Save View As.
   
   
    
4. Enter the Name of the view.  It is optional to enter a Description and select an Icon. 
   
   
    
5. Click Save.
6. The custom view will then appear in your Views list.
   
   
    

How to share a Custom View:

1. Navigate to the newly created custom view

2. Next to the Save View As button at the top of the page, click the dropdown button 

   

3. Click Share, and then select the recipients from the dropdown menu
