How to search for a specific document in PromoMats and Veeva Medical?

Answer:

The View Document permission is needed. 

To search for a specific document in Vault, please follow the instructions below:

1. Click on the Search bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the Search bar’s drop-down menu, select Library (All Documents) and type in the document number.
   
3. Click the magnifying glass or Enter.
4. The document is displayed in the Library:
