Question:

How to find the Vault URL Domain?

Answer:

If a Vault ID cannot be found, the user can provide 1st Line Support with the Vault URL to find the correct Vault.  Once logged in, the user will provide 1st Line Support with the URL Domain, which is between https:// and including up until .com.

Example: gsc-training-promomats.veevavault.com

Once the URL is received, 1st Line Support can use the DNS Entries on the VMC page to find the Vault ID.
