Overview:
When sending documents to CLM the Document Change State states an error message appears:
Change State to Approved for Use could not be completed. The document must meet the following criteria for the workflow to continue:
Distribution Package is Attached.
Please update and try again
Root Cause:
This is due to the Send to CLM entry action being added to the Approved state. The Send to CLM entry action checks for a distribution package. This entry action is not needed since Single Document Publishing automatically updates the document.
Solution:
Remove the Send to CLM entry action from the workflow.
