The Account assignment preview (Account Territory) process does not generate any results on the Territories of field forces having Account Rules in Veeva Align.
The issue can be caused by the following misconfiguration:
- Double-check the Account Rule, and rule criteria, if there is any Account record meeting the criteria.
- The Account Rule should have the Account logic filled in. If there is no Account logic, the rule does not take effect.
- The Account Source should be filled in properly with an existing and valid Account Source.
- The Veeva CRM Org field of the Territories must have a valid, existing Account Source, which should match with the one set in the Account Rules.
