How to start a workflow in Vault?
Answer:
The workflows available for a document vary on the document lifecycle and the state of the document. Permission to see the available workflows depends on the Role of the user.
- Choose a Workflow from the document Workflow Actions menu.
- Select the task owners under the needed Task/s, select if a task is sent to every user selected or just one of the selected (if applicable) and complete the Due date. Example:
- Click Start.
Note: The user needs Start Workflow permission in their Security Profile and their role needs the State Behaviour Execute for the Send for Review/relevant workflow action.
