Overview:

The Milestone Dependencies did not propagate the Planned Finish Date to the Next Milestone in Vault.

Root Cause:

This is working as designed.

Solution:

The planned finish date is set to an earlier date in the affected milestone. The Update Dependencies action does not support updating downstream dates to earlier dates. It can only push them to dates that are in the future.
