Overview:
A Salesforce Home Page Component does not open on iPad using the online embedded browser. The same page opens online on Windows.
The error displays as:

Oops
Looks like something is not right. Please contact your administrator.
403 - Forbidden
Root Cause:
A setting from Safari is blocking this component. Users with devices on iPadOS and MacOS must disable the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking setting in the Safari settings.
Solution:
To disable Prevent Cross-Site Tracking:
- Open Safari browser
- Browse Safari
- Preferences
- Privacy
- Disable 'Prevent cross-site tracking'
