Overview:
An error occurs when copying a Content Plan or Content Plan Item although the user has the correct permissions in RIM: Insufficient permissions to create record.
Root Cause:
The user may not have needed permission to take these actions. If the user copying these items has a permission set that should allow this, the option to copy Content Plan or Content Plan Items is set to Inactive in the Object record.
Solution:
A Vault Owner or other Admin user will need to review users' permissions and check the Content Plan or Content Plan Item objects so copying is no longer inactive. Please reach out to Managed Services for configuration assistance if needed.
