Overview:
Vault eTMF Study/Study Country/Study Site records remain in the Closing State after the user performs the Study Archival process.
Root Cause:
There are entry criteria in the associated object lifecycle that prevent the affected records from transitioning to the Archived state.
Solution:
The solution is to evaluate the entry criteria for the study site, study country, and study records. Confirm that the user is able to transition the affected records to the Archived state using the approach mentioned below.
The Study Archive functionality transitions study records to the Archived state. This checks entry criteria before triggering entry actions, including the transition of related sites to their archived state.
