The user obtains a controlled copy through a download link when the controlled copy is configured in Vault. How long does the controlled copy download link expire?
Answer:
The default link expiration is 14 days from when the extensible controlled copy job is generated. This is the same number of days as other bulk actions that allow users to download content from a link. It is not configurable.
