Can the values of (Team) Feedback Activity Goal and (Team) Channel Activity Goal be Different in Veeva Align after the feedback period?
Answer:
In the event, there is a value populated in the Channel Activity Goal, but not in the Feedback Activity Goal field. This may be due to the following scenario:
The targets did not match the rule originally when the Add Target feedback is done. The rules were either changed or the Account data is changed in a way that it matches the rules later. This is the expected behavior when feedback provided target matches a rule later. The rule creates any missing channel or products as needed and populates Channel Activity Goal based on the rule.
If the align_rule_id__aln field is looked at, it provides the Master Align ID value of the Targeting Rule.
