When the user needs a welcome email or a password reset email to log into Vault, User Administrator can resend these emails to the user by following the steps below.

1. Navigate to Tools --> System Tools.
2. Search and select the concerned user.  
   
   
   
   
3. Click the action menu in the upper right and select Reset password or Send Welcome Email.
   
   
4. The user will receive the notification emails as below.
   
   Vault Welcome Email
   
   
   Reset Password Email
   

Note: Users configured with Single-Sign-On security policy can not reset a password from Vault.
