What is controlling the tab label offline for Ratings and Evaluations?

Answer:

The tab's name is depending on the Product setup in the org.

• In case Detail Group exists for any Product that is assigned to the User, then the RATINGS Veeva Message delivers the tab's name offline.
• If there is no Detail Group configured, the Layout Section Name is displayed as the tab label.
