Question:
Why is there a one-pixel blank image at the bottom of emails that are sent using Veeva's Approved Email feature?
Answer:
This is added to enable Mailgun to track opens. Each time this image is rendered, there is an Open Event created. This is standard email Marketing practice and nothing changed by Approved Email. There is no way to remove it.
