Are Survey Target records supposed to be created in case the Survey is sent via the Veeva CRM Approved Email functionality?
Answer:
In the event, a Survey is intended to be sent using Approved Email, Survey Targets should not be created in advance as they will be generated when the Account submits the answers of the Survey Questions, the Survey itself.
Note: This involves Survey Target creation manually or by Assignment Rules.
