How to Retrieve the Logs of the Veeva CRM Desktop Application?
Answer:
For CRM Desktop (Windows), the logs can be found under the following location:
[drive]:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VeevaCRMEngage\Logs\
- ActivityLog.txt
- infoLogFile.txt
- SyncLog.txt
Note: You may need to enable File name extensions and Hidden Items in Folder Options which is located under the View Menu in Windows Explorer.
For CRM Desktop Mac, the logs can be found under the following location:
/Users/UserName}/Library/Application Support/com.veevasystems.crmdesktop/Logging
Note: Library is a hidden folder that you can utilize cmd+shift+. (the period key) to display once you are in the User folder
