When a CRM user schedules a meeting with an HCP, why are they only seeing general times like Morning, Mid-Day, Afternoon, and Evening, rather than specific times?
If the HCP the CRM User is sending a meeting invite to does not have an Office set on their Engage Connect profile, and does not have Rep Hours set on that Office, the CRM User can only select a general time and date, not the exact time selection.
Why are the options for In-Person, Virtual, or Phone Call not showing when the Rep sends a meeting invite to an HCP?
Once the HCP adds an Office to their profile, and adds Rep Hours for the office, the CRM User will be able to select a meeting type (in-person, virtual, phone call), an office (if selecting in-person), and a specific date and time for the meeting.

Can the Call Channel Values on Meeting Invites (In-Person, Virtual, or Phone Call) Be Renamed?
The call channel values cannot be renamed at this time, and the ability to rename them is not on the product roadmap at this time.

When does the Icon to Join a Meeting appear next to Meetings in the HCP Meetings Tab?
The blue icon to join a meeting () appears next to Meetings on the Meetings Tab for HCPs on the actual day of the meeting.
The Join button displays at the top of the Meetings tab’s Upcoming Meetings subtab all the time, and allows joining an Engage Meeting by entering its ID.
