Question:
Why does the customTextToken in an Approved Email enforce the first letter to be a capital in CRM for iPad?
Answer:
The most common cause for this is related to iPad functionality and not directly related to the functionality of CRM for iPad.
The iPad has a setting called Auto-Capitalization which capitalizes the first character in a textbox. This setting can be changed via the steps below:
- From the iPad Home screen, click on the Settings button.
- Click on General on the left, and then click Keyboard.
- Then toggle the Auto-Capitilization option to off to no longer enforce the first character in a textbox to be capitalized.
