When using Favorite in Email Templates, Bookmark object records are created at different points in time, depending on the platform.
In Veeva CRM iPad, the Bookmark object records are created upon the User accessing the Send Email page. The Field Criteria field is not populated at this time but it is updated once a Template is selected as a Favorite using the heart icon.
In Veeva CRM Online, the Bookmark object records are not created upon the User accessing the Send Email page. The records are created (along with the Field Criteria field populated) when the User marks a Template as a Favorite by selecting the check box instead.
