Can you export audit history for initial or full data exports through the Scheduled Data Export Job in Vault?
Answer:
Vault does not export audit history for Initial or Full Data Exports.
Audit History types include: System Audit History, Login Audit History, Document Audit History, Object Record Audit History, Domain Audit History, etc.
On the initial run of the Scheduled Data Export job, we will include records in the past 24 hours. Subsequent runs can include up to a maximum of 14 days of audit history data.
Alternate ways to export audit history:
- API
- Through Bulk Actions
Note: The 14 days can only be achieved in situations where after the initial 24 hours there were some issues with the incremental exports, we would then try to export up to 14 days when the exports have failed.
