Question:
Why is the Steady State Document Count field not updating correctly on EDL (Expected Document List) Item records in Vault?
Answer:
The Match EDL Items to Documents job must be Active and must have run at least once for the Steady State Document Count field on EDL Item records to be updated in Vault. If this job is currently Inactive, it can be made Active under Admin >> Operations >> Job Definitions >> Match EDL Items to Documents.
