eSignature Error with SSO When Using Vault

Overview:

Unable to complete eSignature task using SSO credentials.

Root Cause:

Configuration within Identity Provider are not configured to support eSignature.

Solution:

eSignature Requirements:
  • SP-Initiated SAML Model
  • ForceAuthN = true
eSignature requires that the Single Sign On Identify Provider is configured as an SP initiated SAML Model, as well as the attribute of ForceAuthN is set to true. These vary based on IdP configuration and template settings.

Consult your IdP settings and configurations to ensure that these are configured in the SAML 2.0 template.
