Overview:
A user gets an error when trying to edit a document in BEE Editor: Edit Email Rendition Is Not Valid.
Root Cause:
If Create Draft is used when creating a new document version, it does not carry forward the Email Editor Rendition. This is necessary in order to use BEE Editor.
Solution:
The two solutions are to:
- Create the new version of the document using the BEE Editor.
- If a new version of a document is not created using BEE Editor, but a previous version is, the user can download the Email Editor Rendition from that previous version. The user can then upload it as an Email Editor Rendition to the current Draft version and use the BEE Editor to edit the document.
