How to find Vault ID information of a Veeva Vault Instance?
Answer:
To locate the Vault ID when opening a Vault Support ticket.
- Click on the Tab Collections button.
- Click on the Admin Gear.
- Click on Settings.
- Under Vault Information, view the Vault ID and POD information, inside the General Settings menu.
