Question:

How does the Address display in the iRep Account View? 

Answer:

The following information explains how the address is displayed:

  • If the user has multiple territories, use the first matching territory (sorted alphabetically) to find the Territory Specific Fields (TSF) record of the account.  TSF_vod.Address_vod__c
  • If TSF_vod.Address_vod__c is null, display the Primary Address
  • If the TSF record does not exist for the first matching territory, then use the Primary Address
  • When no preferred or primary address exists, display the first result using the Salesforce Record Id in Descending order.
