Question:
Why does the Engage Meeting Administration Page list a user provisioned with an Engage License despite the Engage Group fields being empty on the User object?
Answer:
The Engage fields have been cleared incorrectly from the User record. This is also reflected by the fact that the number of licenses in Engage Meeting Administration did not decrease by one when the user was updated.
To correct this, Admins should add the Engage Group back to the user's Engage Group Request field. Upon saving, the fields Engage Group Provisioning Status and Engage Group will populate. Admins may need to refresh the page if they do not populate immediately. Once the fields have populated, Admins should clear the Engage Group Request field only and then save the record. On success, the Engage Group field will clear, and the user will no longer appear in the group. The Engage Meeting Administration page will no longer list the user in the group.
