Question:
When are Key Metric values updated at the Territory Information Bar of a Territory record in Veeva Align?
Answer:
Key Metric counts on a Territory record are updated when Align detects changes in related Territory, Geography Territory, Account Territory, or MCCP Target records (this includes newly created records, deleted records, or changed End-Dates).
These changes are reflected in the Align UI when any of the following scenarios occur:
- Navigating to the related Territory record directly or via the Territory List (Territory Map must be enabled in the Align Settings)
- Navigating to the Production Territory or Field Force Hierarchy Tree pages
- A Scheduled Job is run on the Territory
Notes:
- It may take several minutes for the updates to reflect in the Align UI.
- The Modeling Total Number of HCPs /Total Number of HCOs values depend on the Planned Publish Date of the project, the process will only count Model Account Territory records with a Start Date <= Planned Publish Date and an End Date >= Planned Publish Date.
