Utilization = Activity Goals / Territory Capacity (expressed as % utilized)

Days in Cycle = (Cycle End Date - Cycle Start Date) - Weekends - Days off Cycle

Reach = # MCCP Targets / Total Accounts Assigned (expressed as % covered)

Activity Goals = The total maximum interactions per each target account for specific territory
