How to Access Closed Captioning in eLearning?

Answer:

If you have been provided RTSM eLearning, closed captions can be turned on by following the steps below:

Windows OS:

1. 1. Access your device Settings from the Windows Start Menu
   2. Select the Accessibility Tab
   3. Under the Hearing section, select the Captions option
   4. Toggle Live Captions to On
   5. Once set up, Live Captions can be toggled on or off using CTRL+WIN+L shortcut

Mac OS:

1. 1. Access your device System Settings from the Apple Menu
   2. Select the Accessibility Tab in the sidebar
   3. Select the Live Captions option
   4. Toggle Live Captions to On

Note: The first time you turn on Live Captions, language data is downloaded to your Mac. You must be connected to the internet.
