Why a user cannot edit the roles in the Sharing Settings of a Vault Report?
Answer:
The root cause is that the user only is assigned as the Viewer role in the Report. The user can only view the Report, but the user cannot add or remove any roles in the Sharing Settings of the Report.
To be able to edit the roles in the Sharing Settings of the Reports, the user must be an Editor or Owner role in the Report.
