Is it possible to check the DNS (DKIM) Setup of any Approved Email Sending Domain in a Veeva CRM Org?
Answer:
It is possible to query any Approved Email Sending Domains using the Email Domain Status section of the Approved Email Administration tab.
The Email Domain Status section is able to retrieve the Approved Email Sending Domain DNS setup from Mailgun and show its correctness.
Note: The DKIM information returned by the AE Administration Tab and specifically Mailgun is not confidential.
