Question:
A user receives a Flash Report sent by Vault. However, the data group cannot be expanded to see all of the report results. The user cannot expand the data group. Why is this?
Answer:
This is because Collapse report groups in email option is enabled. The Admin is able to check this option through the Schedule Flash Report configuration.
With this option enabled, the HTML version of the flash report sent using email shows group-level data in the report. Users are not able to expand the group to see all report results without logging into Vault. The user can expand the data group in the Flash Report when disabling this option.
