Why do a Message Window and Error Appear After Sending an Email in the Veeva CRM Online or Offline Platforms?

Answer:
Upon sending an email on the Veeva Online and Offline CRM platforms, the following Message Window appears with an unexpected error: Validation Rule fires!
There is a Validation Rule on the Sent Email object, which is fired. This behaviour and window are the expected behaviour in case of a firing Validation Rule on the Sent Email object.
Revise the Validation Rule, its Formula Expression, be sure to run the following steps:
- Clear the Veeva Cache
- Run the Validation Rule Admin process to refresh the Validation Rules in the Veeva CRM Org
- On the Offline CRM Platforms, run Database Refresh.
