How is the Customer_Master_Status_vod CRM field mapped with Veeva Network in CRM-Network integration? Which Veeva Network fields are taken into consideration in the Network Subscription?
By default, the Customer_Master_Status_vod CRM field is inherently mapped with the Record State Network field, and only receives updates from the values of this field.
If the custom setting FILTER_INACTIVE_NETWORK_RECORDS_vod is set to 1 in Network Settings, the integration process takes the Network HCP Status or HCO Status Network fields into consideration as well.
If the Network record has a status of Inactive in the CRM custom setting HCP Active Statuses or HCO Active Statuses in Network Settings, Veeva Network's Target Subscription sets the Customer_Master_Status_vod to Inactive.
