Question:
How are each of the Customer_Master_Status_vod__c field values used?
Answer:
The Customer_Master_Status_vod__c field is updated by the Network Bridge using special processing and should not be mapped.
- Staging_vod (only used if Create Unverified functionality is enabled) - Unverified records that have been created in CRM but the DCR has not yet been sent to Network and is returned as an Under Review record
- Under_Review_vod (only used if Create Unverified functionality is enabled) - Unverified records that are waiting on Data Steward review
- Inactive_vod (Only used if Filter Inactive Network Records functionality is enabled)- Inactive Network records
- Valid_vod - Valid Network records
- Rejected_vod - Invalid Network records or Unverified records that have been matched to an existing record
